Our client is India's largest alternative investment platform through which one can invest in startup equity, commercial real estate, leasing and inventory deals, and earn non-volatile returns. It is completely technology driven and transparent and has already built a community of over 150,000 investors and raised more than Rs 160 crore in capital from retail investors.

Founded in 2020, this Gurugram based digital platform is truly democratising investment opportunities and helping individuals find new ways of investment to grow their wealth.

Its founding team members include the leadership alumni of companies like OYO, Pepperfry, Morgan Stanley, World bank, among others.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for pitching the deal structures to CXOs of partners.

What you will do:

- Managing the funnel of leads for new partners

- Managing relationship for the existing clients and increasing exposure(upsell)

- Being responsible for preliminary screening of proposals

- Coordinating with Analytics for detailed structuring

- Analytically evaluating of opportunities shown to the BD Team which involves in-depth modelling for transaction

- Handling negotiation and closures for land possession

- Coordinating with finance and other teams for deal evaluation and closure process(Funding/ investments for approved development projects)

- Supporting due diligence (technical, corporate, financial, legal, title, and regulatory)

- Analyzing industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities

Desired Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 5-7 years of experience in a client facing role

- Knowledge of basic financial metrics and financial modeling

- Experience in relationship management with CXOs of a company

- Ability to understand different business models and ability to find a quick solution for clients' problems

- Understanding of financial markets, loan structures and other financial B2B products

- Experience in corporate leasing/ corporate loan is a plus

- Accountability & decision making ability

- Commitment to accomplishing work in an ethical, compliant, and efficient manner for the benefit of your clients and the company

- Expertise & learning agility
