BDM - Business Development Manager, Experience 5 to 15 Years
Location: Mumbai & Bangalore.
Data Security, Data management, Data protection, Data Resilience, Backup & Recovery, products/services/solutions selling experience is ideal fitment.
KRA's of the role:
- Manages the given territory for the assigned business.
- Front ends and leads field engagement with top partners, customers and assigned vendor/s for the territory.
- Execute on the demand generation plan week on week.
- Develop the market for the assigned business.
- Manage the existing partners and the new partners' recruitment.
- Meets end customers for direct demand generation, as and when required.
- Meets and exceeds assigned revenue targets quarter on quarter.
- Weekly interlock with the regional sales teams of the assigned vendor
- Weekly sales call with PM/BM
- Daily team call with respective ISR and PM/BM
- Reports weekly on the calls, quota attainment, activities performed each week.
