Company : Media Company, Mumbai  Role Overview :  Reporting to the Vice President - Business Development, the role holder will be responsible for providing support for business development related activities  Scope of Work and Responsibilities :  - Responsible for lead/ideas generation.   - Create business models with different scenarios to evaluate Business opportunities including P&Ls, cash flows, NPV, etc.  - External breathing, keep track of developments in the Indian Media market, participate at industry events and tradeshows, as applicable  - Co-ordinate the Business idea modelling/evaluation process by effectively working across the internal business units, providing them a brief, seeking inputs, debating rationale and then modelling them in order to obtain relevant assessment strategy recommendations   - Actively and successfully manage the Business evaluation, modelling and internal stakeholder management, close, handover to the Operations team.   - Create and be accountable for all proposals, models, presentations and any further documentation following the Organization's procedure/rules/formats.   - Responding to all requests for information in timely manner   Knowledge & Qualification:   - MBA from a premier B School with 4+ years of post-qualification experience   - Hands on experience in financial and strategy formulation e.g. business models, P&L, B/S, Cash flow statement etc.   - Prior experience with Investment banking is preferable  - Strong MS-Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel (modelling).   - A sound understanding of the Indian Media market.   - Excellent research capabilities: online, primary/secondary research, databases, etc.   - Good project management skills   - Problem solver : ability
