Job Role:
- Closely work with Business Head to assist in execution of Division's strategy (SME 3.0)
- Driving Process improvement within the division to augment division's journey towards SME 3.0
- driving Customer NPS & Complaint resolution
- Responsible for efficient Portfolio Monitoring and post-sanction Control
- Coordinate with multiple business support functions for prioritization & implementation
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with over 5 year experience in Banking
- CA, MBA or any other similar qualification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
