Manager - Business Controls - Wholesale Banking

Job description : 

We are currently recruiting for the profiles of Manager - Business Controls - Wholesale Banking (SME) and it is for our client who is among top three Private Sector Bank in India.

Job Role :

- Closely work with Business Head to assist in execution of Divisions strategy (SME 3.0)

- Driving Process improvement within the division to augment divisions journey towards SME 3.0 driving Customer NPS & Complaint resolution

- Responsible for efficient Portfolio Monitoring and post-sanction Control

- Coordinate with multiple business support functions for prioritization & implementation

Job Requirements :

- Strong analytical skills with over 5 year experience in Banking

- CA, MBA or any other similar qualification

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary : 18 lacs to 25 lacs
