Manager - Business Architect - ESG

The Role:

- ESG Business Architecture Manager will be the 'face' of the Data Analytics and Insights team for its customers - the Corporate Services and Sustainability Senior Leadership Team (including Business Function and Location Leads), their teams, and their clients.

- The Person is Overall accountable for the delivery and evolution of data/analytical solution(s) and business operational reporting that addresses business problems/opportunities and drives cost efficiencies, process improvements, policy compliance, and address business risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with your customers, and get to know their Business Functions/Operational areas

- And locations, maintain close and frequent engagement with your customers and their teams

- Know what truly matters, get to understand the challenges/opportunities your customer is facing

- Prioritize with the customer to ensure the focus is on addressing the correct business problems/opportunities

- Partner and interact with the CIO to facilitate the integration of data & analytics technology Platforms

- Report to a Business Architecture Senior Manager, work with the Business Architecture and Data visualization teams

- Manage end-to-end project management activities delivered by the development team delivering the data/analytical solution.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing alongside other members of the development team and your customer

- Manage change management activities relating to the deployment of the data/analytical solutions.

- Report status to customer and senior leadership

- Oversight of your customers' regular reporting solutions, including ensuring these still meet requirements

- Taking on new data/analytical solution projects as they arise.

- The role brings with it constant new and exciting learning opportunities and challenges,

exposing the successful candidate to stakeholders and operations across many different parts of the Accenture business.

Additional Role Accountabilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional business requirements for ESG reporting

- Act as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders on clarifications and questions on requirements.

- Work with the development team to design dashboards based on functional business requirements and optimize user experience in dashboards

- Identify business challenges with stakeholders and facilitate conversations on alternative options on feasibility, with a deep understanding of the relationship between the backend data and front-end capabilities, offering recommendations and/or creative solutions to meet business needs.

- SME on ESG data, with familiarity with relevant cross-functional key performance indicators

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills - confidence presenting and proven experience working with senior stakeholders is important. The role will require exposure to senior leadership.

- Excellent business and commercial acumen - including good understanding of business model structures and the ability to act as bridge between the customer and the development team

- Proven experience leading business reporting, data analytics, or other similar activities - ideally with demonstrable:

- Experience using PowerPoint to build data insights for stakeholders

- Storytelling skills - ability to analyze and translate Data into Insight

- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, etc. and MS Excel

- Program Mgmt - Strong ability to drive detailed program management activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams and to proactively address issues/ risks, while being an effective communicator

Qualifications & Experience:

- 11 to 14 years of experience

- Any Post Graduate
