Manager - Business Analytics - Online/eCommerce - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Role Objective :

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He / She would be expected to manage and generate reports & business data for customer management and internal communication.

Role Responsibilities :

- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner

- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance

- Provide recommendations to update current Reporting to improve accuracy, efficiency and consistency

- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis

- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team

- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed

- Provide support and maintenance to existing Supplier information systems

- Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions

- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness

- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues

Work Experience :

- 2-3 Years of work experience into Business Analysis role

- Start-up experience would be an added advantage

Knowledge / Skills :

- Excellent communication & people management skills

- Excellent data analytical skills

- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional

Education :

- B. Tech from Tier 1 Institute

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute
