Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) :

1. Management reporting- Responsible for preparation of Management Information System and report to ensure business is operating efficiently and effectively - Improve reporting and add value to the business

2. Drive business plan across the organization to ensure the key performance indicators are captured and reviewed

3. Drive process improvements in finance processes - Automation of Business Plan, Management information reporting

4. Benchmarking of costs, NSR and EBITDA to add value to the business - Contribution to the Annual reports for the business sections

5. Building business models for long term projections for business plan, rating agencies etc,

Critical Tasks -

Business Analysis -

NSR - OEM, Retail and Exports, Segment wise NSR, incremental NSR for value added products Costs- Plan Vs Actuals, Variance analysis of Key performance indices

- Production Analysis- Analysis of production variances

- Inventory Analysis - Actuals vs Norms

- Stores & Spares & outsourced costs- Department wise analysis, frequent usage - Automate the daily MIS, Weekly MIS, Monthly and quarterly reporting

- Design and report analysis pack for Management to ensure key business deviations and inefficiencies are highlighted for corrective action

- Steel Industry review Global production, demand, forecasts Indian Production, demand and forecasts

- Steel Pricing - Commodity prices movement Analysis of global and Indian pricing
