JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and solve key business problems by using data to drive decisions, improve the customer experience, create new revenue streams, and streamline operations across digital channels
- Collaborate with Digital leadership and business stakeholders to analyze website usability, product performance and consumer behavior insights.
- Use design thinking principles to develop customer journey maps and customer engagement strategies.
- Utilize customer contact data to develop Customer Journey analysis and better understand customer pathways.
- Identify points of inflection in the customer journey to assist Product teams in building an intuitive, seamless and engaging customer experience.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SETS :
- Accountable individuals, who take ownership of projects, effectively communicate results and recommend improvements
- Experience owning and managing projects and timelines, working directly with business partners
- experience with advanced analytics techniques and models
- Experience analyzing data, including storytelling and bold analyses, modelling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can create interesting, cogent and well-edited presentations and has experience delivering communications to internal and external stakeholders.
