Manager - Business Analytics - BFSI

The company is recently established analytics consulting firm focusing on BFSI and Social Sector. We are seeking an experienced analytics and data science professional who will provide analytics consulting in this domain.

Responsibilities

1. Conducts assessment and creates business case for business transformation using analytics

2. Leads and drives projects involving performance improvement using analytics

3. Establishes project and communication management to keep the senior management updated

4. Mentors internal and client teams to deliver project value

Position Requirements

1. Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in analytics, process improvement and data sciences field

2. Masters or Bachelors Degree with minimum 6 years of analytics experience

3. Demonstrated experience in driving business and process improvement using data sciences

4. Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies

5. Deep knowledge of Statistical tools, R, SAS etc.

6. Expert knowledge of database systems and tools

7. Exposure to Javascript would be an added advantage
