Manager - Business Analytics

- The person will be responsible for creating a culture of data-based decision making across all functions of the company. The person shall understand the business needs of the organization. (S)he will work closely with the CEO and COO to establish information needs of the company, and implement a management information system to provide data to facilitate operational and strategic decisions. The specific expectations from the person are

- Good understanding of business and business needs of the company

- Develop key metrics to monitor business performance of the company, different functional areas within the company and key operations or processes.

- Develop and Implement a Management Information System. That is a framework for collection of data, preparation of management information reports. Develop processes in record to report to ensure that reports are accurate. Develop formats for data collection, storage of data and formats of reports.

- Work with Information technology department in selection and implementation of appropriate technologies for data collection, MIS reports preparation, tools for analysis and reporting in the company.

- Establish processes for planning and budgeting. Responsible for development of budget, budget variance reports and analysis.

- Analyse MIS reports and support CEO and COO in review of performance of the company and different functional areas.

- Groom and lead a team of business analysts in the company.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills :

- Graduation in Engineering from a reputed college. Preferably degree/ diploma in Business Management from a reputed college.

- Atleast 5 years' experience in similar role in large corporates, strategy and business consulting organizations

- Good quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, good presentation skills besides communication skills. Proficient or good command on English

- Good inter-personal skills.
