We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. - He/She would be expected to manage and generate reports & business data for customer management and internal communication. Data analytics skills required. This role requires understanding and basic knowledge of Indirect purchase categories and is aware of market dynamics. - Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner - Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team. - Perform data analysis for generating reports to improve accuracy, efficiency and consistency on a periodic basis. - Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues. - Account wise and category wise analysis of customer purchase data (10,000+ line items, 2,000+vendors) to identify and maximize Company share of business. - Baseline current customer spend and develop insights regarding value proposition of Company. - Monitor and report progress regularly to account management teams - Identify & develop standard processes that address account management requirements. - Develop innovative approaches to review effectiveness of account management. - Improvement of TAT in contract renewal data analysis. - Manipulate large data sets to identify trends and reach meaningful conclusions. Clean, aggregate and organise data. - Make recommendations to drive business decisions.
