We have job opening with one of the leading telecom organisation for Gurgaon location.
Manager-Business Analyst to COO
- Drive all departments for timely and accurate data sharing across the region for meaningful analysis to be used by RD and Submit error- free/accurate presentation to RD/COO's office/Customers for key decision making
- Circulate the format to be used for data collection.
- Fix up a deadline for sharing the same.
- follow up on progress made during regular intervals
- Seek clarifications if any and ensure that there is complete understanding among the departments of expected outcome.
- Collate the data submitted and get it reviewed by RD in the presence of FH's before final submission to RD/COO/Customer
2. Regular tracking of AOP Vs. Actual with the relevant departments and sharing of key issues with RD
- Percolate the AOP nos. circulated by corporate to all the departments.
- Seek update on monthly basis from Finance on Topline/Cost performance.
- Highlight the lines where the Region is ahead/on course/behind the AOP nos. to Regional Director.
- Analyze the impact of revenue enhancement and cost improvement measures on the actual nos.
3. Organize for regular team review meetings for performance discussion and improvements
- Circulate the agenda of discussion in advance for due preparation.
- Prepare a MOM of the review meeting
Circulate the MOM with the action points/deadlines agreed during the review.
- Track the closure and ensure reporting to RD in case of non-compliance or deviation
4. Execution of Special Projects/initiatives which contributes to the overall Circle's business objectives and strategy
A BE/B-Tech with an MBA (premier B School pass outs), preferably with around 2-3 yrs of experience into business analysis/strategy side.
- A person who has worked in a business outcome driven environment and has a strong drive of viewing every action from a business impacting point of view.
