Position : Manager - Business Analyst

Area: Core Banking System (CBS) implementation

Location: Mumbai

Qualification & Experience:

1. Post graduate with specialization in Finance/ CA

2. 10-12 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible Banking Operations as Back Office Incharge

3. IT Skills - (knowledge of computer applications and well conversant with Microsoft Word & Excel, Networking, etc)

Job Responsibility:

The incumbent would be responsible for:

- Creating the functional process flow with associated events:

- Documentation of the same and getting the business users approval.

- Identification of the reconciliation process across the business lines and document the same with the process.

- Guide the technical team, translate the business requirements and incorporate the associated changes in the application

- Expertise required in the following Functional areas :

- Cash Management services

- Treasury, Trade Finance - FX and Bonds

- GL and internal core banking management

- Cheque processing, DD processing, RTGS, NEFT / ECS

- Consumer Banking ATM / POS Cards Reconciliations

- Visa / RuPay / Master Card / NCPI transaction settlements

- Chargeback management

- Understanding of the Aadhar linked payments

- IMPS processing and settlements

- Private Banking - Mutual funds

Skills/ Attributes:

- Core Domain expertise - Should have domain expertise across the Banking business lines

- Strong knowledge of all Banking products

- Team Management Skills

- Good communication, presentation & Man Management Skills

- Interpersonal and Team Building Skills

- Should be a go getter and a hard task master
