Leading Life Insurance Company Location: Mumbai Role: BA - Change Management - To act as subject matter expert by understanding the complexity of products and processes. - To facilitate state of art processes and systems - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. - Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics - To facilitate feasibility study &amp; requirement gathering - Understanding inherent systems, business processes and associated system workflow. - Working closely with users to ensure completion of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Sign off- Design or modify information systems through a process of business analysis; identifying user needs, documenting requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. - Working closely with users to ensure completion of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Sign off - Create User Manuals and supporting documents during project rollouts - Drive adoption - Define systems scope, objectives, and functionality based on user input and an understanding of business processes and industry requirements. - Eliminate Cost and Time overrun - Ensure project closure within schedule - Build knowledge of systems - Adherence to processes - Ability to influence people from different levels of the organization - Support and engage senior leaders - Manage stakeholders - Track and report issues Desired Candidate: - 6 - 8 years of experience in IT business analysis with strong Insurance Domain Knowledge - Any graduate/Post Graduate preferred BE, BSc - Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, Phases of a project lifecycle
