Manager - Business Analyst - BFSI

BUSINESS ANALYST ( Manager Level)

We are looking to hire a good business analyst, the person could be CFA or statistician. He/she has to have analyst mindset. We are not looking to hire accounting professionals or CAs.

- The person has to drag the data, make comparisons and make meaningful interpretations out of that data. The person also needs to create dash board, put this data into attractive, short and crisp slides etc and share it with different department heads.

- The person needs to create comparative data, good on graphs etc, infographics, basically good on presentations.

- This person will report to CFO, should be good on relationship building and management as this role would involve meeting and taking important and timely data from various department members, so people handling skill is very important here.

- We are wanting to hire asap so in case you have a notice period below 45 days, it will be great help.

- Someone who is expert on lots of data, good on excel, spss, tableu, etl tool sql etc.

- Communication and presentation skills have to be very good.

- MBA Finance/CFA, Economics Honours, Statistics honours people, especially females are encouraged to apply.
