EXPERIENCE IN TRADE lifecycle, INVESTMENT life cycle, ASSET Classes IS MANDATORY Timing: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM (centralized pick up and drop available) Must to have skills: - 8 years of strong experience of banks/investment operations, trade/fund settlement, funds industry, middle office. - 3 years of people management responsibilities within domain. - Managed global stakeholders. - Experience with Agile project delivery and methodologies e.g. Scrum, Kanban etc. Good to have skills: - Formal qualifications in business analysis and/or Agile project management preferred. - Programming aptitude (able to follow basic code or pseudo-code) would be an advantage. Responsibilities : Stakeholder Management: - Coordinate and conduct requirements gathering workshops and produce associated deliverables. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. - Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen stakeholder relationships. - Prepare proposals and recommendations that facilitate the decision making on scope, priority, risk and timings. - Work with the change management team, using Agile best practices for product development and documentation. - Identify and manage the risks that may affect the completion of projects, detect unstated assumptions and escalate where appropriate. Business Requirements: - Work with internal business stakeholders to analyze and document clear and concise business requirements, processes and related business rules. - Conduct gap analysis on the business requirements with the production of high-quality solutions. - Proactively look for ways to use data analytics solutions to help the business move to a data driven approach to decision making. - Turn high-level requirements into solutions and detailed specifications. - Imaginative approaches to addressing complex problems will be required. - Assess and ensure that proposed solutions are fit for purpose. User Acceptance Testing: - Environment configuration and documentation. - Supports test planning, UAT, Regression and Performance testing. - Assists with or performs the delivery of end-user training and materials - Responsible for post-go live application support and transition to Support group.
