Manager - Budget Analysis & MIS - Hospitality/Retail - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Position Summary

The person will be responsible for management reporting, enterprise and departmental KPI monitoring and annual budgeting exercise.

Key responsibilities

1. Monitor Enterprise KPIs that can drive performance across the organization. Create budgets for various departments that align with the Enterprise Targets

2. Track variance of actual performance vs budgets and work with the financial controller to ensure the operations remain within budget

3. Help develop the philosophy of capital allocation

4. Publish various reports that help in decision making such as Enterprise KPIs, Departmental Cost Reports, Variance Analysis etc, Route Profitability, Cargo Profitability, Charter Profitability etc.

5. Drive various IT initiatives such as Data lake, automated Dashboards, SAP cost centre creation etc.

Desired Qualification / certifications

CA or MBA from premier B-school or CFA (at least level 2)
