Manager - BTL Marketing & Sales - Healthcare

A Premier Healthcare Organisation (With over 200 retail Homeopathy Clinics & A Fast growing FMCG Products Business), focused on it's Core Purpose of 'Creating Happiness through Good Health' is looking for a smart, bright & values-based professional as Manager - BTL Marketing & Sales.

This National role is based at Mumbai and the Primary Responsibilities of the Role are as follows :

BTL Marketing :

- Providing complete local marketing support to retail centers across the Country,

- BTL budgeting & preparation of BTL Marketing Calendar,

- Conceptualizing and driving BTL activations for the retail centers,

- Responsible for footfall enhancement through center-specific activations,

- Competition analysis to understand the new trends in the market,

- Catchment study for upcoming centers for effective Store/Center launch marketing plan,

- Coordination with Head Office for ATL implementation.

Branding & Visual Merchandising :

- Coordination with agencies for designing promotional collaterals,

- Planning for Clinic-specific marketing collaterals like POSM, signages, leaflets, etc.,

- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines,

- To ensure greater brand visibility and create higher brand recall.

Tie ups & Vendor Management :

- Cross promotion and tie ups with other brands for activations,

- Creation of partnership proposals for activations,

- Handling Vendors and Store/Center team for activations,

- Effective coordination with media agencies to make use of publicity as an effective marketing tool.
