What you will do:

Responsible for implementing all the BTL activities like RWA Activities, Mall Promotions and fabrication

- Implement strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments.

- Designing & implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility & recall.

- Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team.

- Must have handled promotions, Events & Promotional programmes

- Must have good production and printing knowledge of types of flex, vinyl, acrylic, sun boards, leaflets, booklets and brochures.

- Planning the event, coordinating with the vendors for price negotiation and managing the overall arrangements for the events

- Candidate should have Experience in Cross-Promotions/Str. Brand Alliances, Employee/Customer Motivation Programs, Corporate/Channel Partners Meets, Society/Mall Promotions & Activation,, Distribution channel merchandising, Neighborhood Marketing, Institutional Promotions, Theme Based Parties, Trade Fairs & Exhibitions, Reward Sourcing, Referral/Reward / Loyalty Programs, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Retail Mapping, etc.

- Increase market share

What you will need:

- Should include a strong competence in BTL advertising marketing as well as deep knowledge of BTL advertising suppliers. (All BTL area are considered: events, CRM, data mining, mailing, strategy advice

- Strong capabilities in coordinating the supplier's chain (i.e.: execution of creative, media, PR, events & BTL programs for existing clients and pitch new clients) is a must

- Should possess a dynamic and professional approach with extensive operational experience

- Good knowledge of suppliers in advertising area

- Ability to think and manage strategically as a key member of a small and dynamic team

- Ability to select, organize and coordinate suppliers

- Ability to build a team

- Energetic, versatile and a creative problem-solver

- Talented, Flexible individual with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail

- Effective communications, presentation, interpersonal supervisory customer relations skills

- Comprehensible organizational, analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills

- Ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion, work independently and in a team of an international level

- Ability to prioritize work

- Exercise total confidentiality, discretion and integrity regarding information acquired through the Company
