Brands+Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG
Job Responsibilities :
- Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short as well as the long term
- Translating brand strategy into the brand plan and go-to-market strategy
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online, and social media
- Participating in product development, pricing, and supporting new product launches
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Planning & execution of Trade marketing promotions/programs for the entire brand portfolio across channels/regions:
- Build a calendar for each activity on the basis of building blocks.
- Execute as per plan by proper communication down the line to Regional Trade Marketing teams and Sales teams (GMs/RSMs)
- Tracking and monitoring of the same through a proper tracking mechanism
- Planning and execution of occasion/festival/event-based promos/programs
- Planning and execution of loyalty programs for Trade partners and aligning them to business goals.
