ROLE PURPOSE:
The Brand & Communications Manager - will manage the Indigo portfolio that currently spans Indigo 919 Radio (Bangalore and Goa), Indigo Live Music Bar and Indigo Live Events. The role will manage the end-to-end spectrum of traditional media and digital engagement focusing on marketing activation that results in sustained business growth and brand leadership. The role will work towards ensuring maximum brand / digital equity and social recognition resulting in strong audience / customer / attendee stickiness and advocacy.
REPORTS TO: Marketing / Business Leader
EXPERIENCE: 8 to 10 years in brands with a focus on hospitality, media, entertainment.
QUALIFICATION: Degree in Communications / Marketing
LOCATION : Bangalore
SALARY : As Per Market
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Drive an integrated online and offline marketing engagement model that leverages the strengths of the brands within the Indigo portfolio
- Pursue innovative engagement models that can attract, keep and recommend customers
- Translate offline experience into online engagement and vice versa
- Create a social engagement ecosystem within the Indigo employee base
- Use sophisticated social media analytics tools to create smart engagement models
- Work seamlessly with the Agency and support on-ground and on-line execution of initiatives and programs
- Prioritization of digital investments and initiatives with a keen eye of business value and returns
- Take end-to-end ownership of Digital Programs and create and effective management reporting ecosystem
- Work on smart activation models with partners and BTL / ATL engagement
