It has a history of 86 Years and standing strong when the average age of S&P 500 companies today is less than 18 years! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Marketing: - Design, develop, distribute and monitor corporate brand strategy and put in place the brand management process and compliance monitoring process to ensure strengthening of Brand across PAN INDIA. - Plan and develop marketing calendar for various BTL activities. - Plan & execute the annual marketing budgetary plan for both ATL, BTL & Digital marketing activities. - Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate promotional & branding materials for dealers & retailers. - Leading a team of Brand Executives for effective ATL & BTL communication for both Retail & Corporate branding. - Handling external agencies such as Advertising agencies, PR Agency, print and execution vendors. - Continuously monitoring marketing trends and keep a close eye on competition and competitive products in the market. - 360 degree Media planning & Buying including Digital media. - In charge of managing and developing ROI for the brand activation and spend. - Conducting new product launch, dealer/retailer and technical meets. - Develop and distribute cost-effectively POP and POSM materials for dealers and Sub Dealers. - Budgeting and monitoring budget vs spend on regular basis. Corporate Communications: - Establish the information flow of products and services through internal newsletters and news releases. - Overseeing a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research etc. - Crafting Brand blue print in order to lead and manage the category and sub brands within the portfolio using brand communication mix, maximizing relevant brand differentiation and sales & profit contribution - Lead annual brand communication planning with external agencies (media, creative, Digital, PR and BTL) for media planning, creative development and implementation in alignment with brand strategy and communication objectives, to develop and deploy compelling communication to consumers for the brand. - Creating consumer demand by developing, implementing and executing consumer marketing initiatives. - Closely monitoring and analyzing sales volumes, market share trends & competition activity and intervene with brand communication mix and on ground activation programs. - Manage and monitor brand budget within the agreed plan and drive cost leadership of all marketing initiatives with no compromise of effectiveness.
