Job Description - Reporting to the VP-Sales & Marketing:

Key Accountabilities:

- Driving policies and bring focus among the field team for the Lubricants segment

- Devise and plan suitable trade and consumer promotions

- Analyze trends and work towards up-gradation & introduction of new products

- Guide and monitor sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets

- Keep management & team informed of changing industry dynamics, market conditions, competitions and customer development.

- Should be exposed to Channel management - Marketing of products through a proper distribution channel.

The Successful Candidate - The candidate must have 8-10 years Marketing experience & Hands-on experience in Brand Building, Sales Promotions. Strong expertise in planning & execution of BTL Activities & a good understanding of the Automotive Lubricants Experience in marketing function in Retail business ( B2C).

- Should have independently handled this role in his current assignment at least for 3 years.

- Ideally working on a product segment / Brand from head office.

- The candidate must display a strong, clear communication and written skills.

- Strong commercial understanding and ability to negotiate effectively with vendors would be an added advantage.
