Responsibilities (Process/Activities) :

Work on all the operational aspects of Advertising for all Brands belonging to certain categories running campaigns on the OnO inventory of company with significant monthly ads revenue

Will take ownership for On-boarding Advertisers working with Sales team

Will launch campaigns in line with the SLA and get it executed through the Campaign-ops team

Take campaign level media plan and other requirements from the sales team and get them executed along with the operations team.

Will monitor campaign performance and delivery of campaigns and recommend changes to align delivery as per client defined KPIs

Tracking the health of the launch pipeline and prioritizing the launches, based on revenue size & priority

Regularly provide product teams with data around Key Client expectations on scale/ROI/CPL and product features.

Lead the program management during Key Events and stay on top of the various aspects of delivery during the period.

Lead the Revenue Closure exercise for the month by coordinating with the sales and finance teams.

Evaluate the list of requirements supplied by the product team, from an enhancement of Revenue and Operational perspective. Discuss with the local Sales team and sign-off on the activities that you + sales + ops think can be executed upon.

Will continuously work with the sales team to address the grievances of key Clients and ensuring that responses/resolve is/are provided in line with SLA

Should be have a complete grasp of all the media plans and Ads execution within the assigned category and be the goto person starting with inventory planning and ending with invoicing.

Should be able to interact to drive reviews and discussions with Senior level of Leadership within Ads Team

Should be able to quickly build an understanding of the overall business of the category to understand Ads business with individual Brands and understand the marketing calendar.

The person in this role must be high on ownership and have a bias for action. The role comes with high degree of accountability towards delivering campaigns.

Additional Qualifications :

5-7 years of total work experience with at least 2-3 years exposure to account management and/or operations of digital campaigns

Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

Strong analytical skills.

Tracking client retention metric and taking corrective action on an ongoing basis

Monitor account health of Top Revenue generating clients and recommend Campaign-ops on improving performance and/or ensuring issue resolve - Initial debugging, especially for Key Client Campaigns(CTR drop, Lower Margins & etc)

Manage the Scale - CPL/ROI equation on Key Client Campaigns, through Campaign-ops team - Budget increase plan + pricing model review & renegotiation

Maintain and track Revenue Retention Rate. Call out deviations and raise expectations from relevant teams demanding course correction.
