The company has developed an Intelligent Platform for Banks based on Artificial Intelligence which will revolutionalise how brands communicate with their existing and targeted/relevant new customers, via the banks.it will give leading brands in the country an opportunity to communicate with and extend exclusive offers to their defined, targeted and relevant customers.

Job description:

- To actively engage and showcase to the brands the product and in a consultative manner get the brands to promote their products through this new and intelligent platform/product

- Have an evolved and progressive conversations with CMO's of brands and develop marketing campaigns in consultation with them for them to be run on this platform

- Once they commits to promote their brand through the platform/product, its important the person manages the relationships in terms of - key account management, working with the operations team ensuring smooth on-boarding of the brand, in consultation with the brand ensure the brand commits to extend the most exclusive and compelling promotional offer, stakeholder/expectation management, ensure service delivery and build a relationship to ensure a long term partnership

- Based on experience till date, all brands met so far have seen tremendous value in partnering with the platform, especially post seeing the demonstration of the platform.

The person we are looking for :

- experience with a banking institution

- from the top B school and no other

- sales/Product management (with prior sales experience)/ Key account management/Client servicing

- Should be a super performer with experience of managing brands and/or Ad sales (B2B sales orientation is a must)

- Should have a deep understanding of how brands think, communicate and execute their marketing strategies

- Entrepreneurial, high energy, street smart, keen to deliver results, a huge passion to earn high variable revenues and make an impact, target oriented with great communication, personality and networking skills - Becomes the flag bearer

- Work experience of approx 7-10 years in the relevant business
