Manager - Brand & PR - Internet/ ECommerce
- Define the brand architecture, values, language & symbols.
- Ensure the brand templates across various touchpoints
- Build 360 degree brand campaigns to drive awareness & PI ensuring business impact
- Oversee brand communication initiatives across All online and offline channels; media planning & placement and BTL
Activities for the brand :
- Build & execute effective app & cross sell strategy by mapping out consumer journeys for effective lifecycle engagement
- Manage communication and campaigns through app
- Manage brand marketing calendar involving product launches, events, brand associations, ATL campaign management and consumer engagement initiatives aimed at driving traffic to all consumer touch points
- Manage digital touch-points including website & social media to effectively increase brand reach. Focus on reach and engagement matrix on social media.
- Manage all PR efforts of the company and ensure dissemination to all relevant news to media agencies and subsequent tracking of coverages for effective ROI.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales/ Product/ Customer
- 5-7 years in a Brand Communications Role working B2C
- Ecommerce, Fintech will be preferred
