The Brand Marketing Manager will work collaboratively to ensure the effective and efficient execution of all functions. She/ he will formulate and develop deliverables that support brand marketing programs/campaigns. These deliverables would be distinctive, consistent, and powerful and would be in support of the company's desired brand image and brand promise. The role is a mix of execution, brand planning, campaign planning, agency management, analytics etc. in both offline and online brand marketing strategies/approaches. The Brand Marketing Manager will also monitor and enforce brand usage guidelines and apply project management practices in overseeing the execution of brand marketing programs within the department. She/ he will work to influence positive consumer brand experience and the company's revenue achievement through enhanced consumer acquisition and retention. Objectives and Responsibilities: - She/ he will manage the brand marketing activities of the department by overseeing the creation of engaging designs and content for the marketing programs in order to ensure proper and consistent communication and embodiment of the brand's identity and reach to the audience. - She/ he will be responsible for the management of all offline branded collateral production inclusive of hardcopy sales collaterals, branded promotional items, and so forth wherever required to support Admissions' teams. She/ he will also support the continuous improvement of online user-centric designs on the business's websites and online pages, and oversee the maintenance of the business's digital design assets. - In this capacity, she/ he will oversee the establishment and building of relationships inclusive of the selection process, vendor management, and vendor evaluation and review. The Brand Marketing Manager will also oversee major branding aspects of the department such as budget, strategy, timeline, and the determination of approaches to creative execution of programs.
