Responsibilities include -
- Develop ET MONEY's integrated product branding & communication strategy that will be used across all user & customer touch-points
- Propose, plan and help execute new go to market initiatives to drive awareness/ preference/trial that help achieve short-term & medium-term business goals
- Identify external agency/media partners for preparing marketing collaterals for all media channels - Digital, Email, In-app, Onsite, etc.
- Write detailed creative brief & iterate with the external partners/agencies to develop clutter-breating marketing collateral
- Assist online marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, Display, Display, Email, Onsite with Creative communication demands for their respective campaigns
- Establish a brand presence on social media channels like Quora, Twitter
- Help build the content plan to ensure ET MONEY's brand consideration at every stage of purchase journey for our prospects & customers
- Planning and executing the yearly/quarterly/monthly marketing calendar
- Performance analysis of all creative communication & sharing the same periodically with relevant teams
Candidate Profile Essential -
- Self-starter who can work in cross-functional teams with minimal oversight
- Minimum 4 years experience in brand, consumer or direct response/relationship marketing
- Prior experience in working with & managing relationships with creative agencies
- Prior digital marketing experience is a must
- MBA in marketing or education in mass media communication is a must
- Ability & willingness to work in the fast-paced ambiguous start-up environment
- Strong negotiation skills
