You are responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. This individual will oversee the Brand development goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.

You are high on interpersonal, project management and communications skills in addition to a basic understanding of brand management, marketing principles and digital marketing. The job requires creativity, sound knowledge of marketing tools and understanding of latest trends in digital space.

What we need you to do?

1. Develop marketing plans within budget requirements & Create/Manage content calendar.

2. Collaborate with different functions & other Business areas to identify internal and external customer needs.

3. Oversee the launch of new products & services, promote & participate in events & exhibitions, oversee brand growth in digital media and develop SEM & SEO strategy to maximize brand visibility & leads generation.

4. Ideate, deliberate, activate & analyze marketing campaigns

5. Look for opportunities for content creation & distribution & coordinate with different functions to create occasion appropriate collaterals

6. Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.

7. Manage Procurement & Distribution of merchandise.

8. Be a brand custodian for all relevant touchpoints.

9. Manage digital & physical events that include Roadshows, Customer & dealer connect programs, Webinars etc.

10. Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement.

11. Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.

12. Networking and Relationship Building with different stake holders

13. Familiarity with Performance Marketing, Video & Image Editing tools will be an added advantage

14. Experience of Short & Long form writing will be an added advantage

Qualification: University degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent with 10-15 years of experience in Automotive/ Industrial goods.
