Job Overview - Manage a team of graphic designers and content writers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall social media plan for Vistara

- Oversee day to day social media posts, recommend and run paid social campaigns

- Responsible for Email marketing strategy for Vistara

- Driver of Vistara's content strategy on digital media platforms

- Evaluate important metrics that affect our traffic from and target audience on social media and for email marketing

- Special project - Adobe Campaign Management implementation and subsequent campaigns,Vistara blog, etc

- One-point contact for the digital/social media agency

- Team player

- Keep up with high velocity of change in digital space

- Ability to develop skills on technology tool and platforms

- In depth knowledge of social media platform, best practices and analytics

- Understanding of various digital platform and use of different forms of content accordingly

- Data segmentation and target marketing for email marketing

- Social media marketing expertise

- Team Management

Work Experience :

- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in digital marketing

Qualification - Degree from a recognized university
