Manager- Brand & Content Solutions - Media/Online

Background:

The Candidate for content sales in India would have to work along with the head of the division, Programming team, marketing team and other relevant teams while creating pitches and data for brands.

In this role, the candidate needs to be highly resourceful, should have knowledge of the market, should be able to reach out to the right contacts at the client & agency side.

Understanding of concepts and ability to suggest integrations /ideas is key.

This is not supporting role, rather this is a market facing role hence the candidate should be able to not only sell XYZ Originals but also needs to create market information, share trends, competition analysis time to time.

The Candidate should be a self-starter who is able to work effectively, autonomously and drive projects cross-functionally.

Key Requirements:

- 5-8 years of work experience In Media sales, Branded content sales, AFP sales / Digital branded content sales.

- Excellent communications skills. Should have capability of interacting with business decision makers. Should be able to explain concepts from brand & business perspective.

- Should be self-driven with attitude to align with a business which is still at starting stage.

- Flexible in approach as per the requirement of the business. Should be ready to travel to markets outside Mumbai for Business Development and meetings.

- Contacts with the main agencies and Brands.

- Added experience of Non FCT / no linear sales would be preferred.

- Should be resourceful in identifying the brands, the key contacts, taking up meetings, closure and execution.

- Good presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibility

- To drive the sales of Branded Content for XYZ in India along with the leadership.

- To plan, sell & execute Originals produced by XYZ.

- To ensure Targets each quarter.

- To generate market info leading to devising key market strategies.
