The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Brand & Communications functions related to the
department. The Role will need the incumbent to lead key initiatives and support projects and activities across the areas of marketing communications, brand management, events management.
- Lead the brand strategy and communications.
Conceptualize, Build and Manage all Digital channels:
- Website - Manage the design, user experience, content and technology aspects of the website
- Develop a rolling roadmap for website and social media content calendar and the upcoming major events.
- Manage the audience engagement on all platforms by coming up with new communication ideas
- Closely involve in creation with agency giving continuous feedback and direction
- Decide on the advertising mix for our Ads
- Review and approve the media plan and creative.
- Monitor campaigns for RoI efficiency.
- Agency and Budget Management
- For website, social, events and other advertising requirements
- Manage agency performances and pay outs
- Responsible for all internal engagement activities to enhance brand building
- Create, manage and execute all formats of internal communications
- Develop & implement Event calendar with agencies and internal stakeholders
- Identifying and developing different Events & activation opportunities for Brand building launches, demand generation, etc., & inventory management/ distribution channel activations
Unit Operations
- Responsible for marketing budget management and various reports and presentations required for internal reviews, strategy planning, & external discussions
- Vendor management, process and documentation, payments
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered timely & efficiently
