Branch Analysis reports - Not Breaking Even Branches & High CI Ratio
- Identify branches that are not breaking even
- Study each cost and income parameter to understand the deviations / reasons for not breaking even within the specified vintage
- Discuss the findings with cluster head and Branch manager and get inputs from them on their plans to break even
- Publish the detailed analysis reports to BMs and above for working the highlighted concerns.
- Review progress on release of subsequent P&Ls and release the MIS to seniors highlighting branches who have not met their proposed income plans and requesting for a revision in plan to break even within proposed timelines.
- Preparing and release of MIS to seniors highlighting major cost and income reasons, details of branches not breaking even, impacted clusters/zones/branches, affected geographies, etc
- Shared Resource Master for allocation of shared resource cost
- Getting inputs from stakeholders of respective CCs for preparation of the allocation master
- Preparation of all key for arriving at the apportionment logic of cost
- Sharing the master with fincon team for implementation in Branch P&L Area Allocation - Branches to allocate area at their branches basis desk space occupied by Branch Banking / other channels
- This ensures various cost allocation to all the cost centers basis area occupied.
- Check if all newly launched Branches have completed the area allocation at their branches
- Similarly area occupied by non-RBB staff but not allocated by Branch is reviewed and taken up with Branches for correction.
- HR master of staffing is reviewed with the current area allocation to arrive at miss outs by branches.
