Essential skills required:

Education / professional qualifications

- CA / CPA / ACCA / Semi Qualified / Postgraduate

Prior Experience:

- Have vast experience of month-end/year-end closing.

Required skills:

- Prior experience in project scoping, effort estimate, project work planning, team handling, staffing, providing feedback, etc.

- Led team on projects and experience of handling direct reportees including their performance management

- Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects

- Evidence of managing client / stakeholder relationships, preferably in an off- shore / on-shore environment.

- Demonstrated strong accounting skills and the ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality and ethical standards and values

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently as well as able to motivate team members.

- Ability to travel internationally.

- Proven track record of strong organizational skills

- Effectively monitor multiple or complex projects regularly to ensure deadlines are being met

- Ability to plan, prioritize and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism in the performance of duties

- Uses previous experience and technical and accounting knowledge to the benefit of the client

- Able to use a range of techniques to analyze an issue

- In-depth working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) 8 years, and / or Xero experience 8 years.

- More than 8 years' experience with exposure to a variety of industries, preferably in a multi-client environment

- Experience with Cloud accounting applications and integrations.
