Consultant/Manager will identify and execute improvement projects leveraging lean, six sigma and projects management skills for enhancing operational excellence and executing on organization transformation road map. Key responsibilities are:
- Independently lead process improvement projects for enhancing efficiency, designing new products & processes, understanding capacity and impact of specific events based on data analysis and large-scale mapping of processes
- Conduct governance calls and prepare project story board
- Comfortable with working on projects in any business area
- Estimate project benefits and track them for realization
- Work with business leaders to implement recommendations to achieve the project goals
- Advise senior stakeholders on improvement implementation strategy
- Proactively partner with business teams to identify projects
- Guide improvement projects initiated by employees
- Design and execute lean six sigma training programs and related content
Minimum Qualifications:
- Full time Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, science or Accounting.
- Experience in banking, financial or insurance industry handling cross border projects
- Minimum 10/11 years of experience with atleast past 5 to 7 years in process improvement role using lean six sigma in BFSI domain
- Comfortable working with large amount of data, graphical tools and statistical analysis
- Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, quick learner and ability to work with virtual teams
- Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified'
- Immediate to 30 days only
- Black Belt Certified(before 2022)
