Manager - Bid Management - Insurance - US Shift
- Minimum 6-8 Years of experience in Bid management, Sales support, Pre-sales. Experience in Banking, Financial sector, Insurance and Healthcare will be preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex service delivery, multi group, multi-disciplinary projects.
Role:
- He/She would play active part in all RFXs as a Life & Annuity (L&A) service line expert, who will drive the entire solutions journey.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in solutions / presales role preferably, Insurance
- Core solution architect with proficiency in creating solutions for not just RFPs/RFIs but also building proactive proposals and POVs across insurance value chain.
- Experience and expertise in L&A, creating service products and offerings will be a big plus.
- Expertise in story boarding and building capability offerings
- Understanding of relevant digital and analytics solutions and ability to recommend the latest offerings/platforms
- Understand the transition, hiring, training and pricing framework
- Ability to draft SOW and review MSA clauses
- Ability to manage a team but should be flexible to play an IC role
- Reviewing RFPs and other client material to gain complete understanding of client requirements
- Liaising with key members and responding end to end tenders /bids
- Experience of writing proposals and drafting pitch presentations / bids
- Ensuring Project management of RFI/RFP submissions and other client/ prospect Pitch materials, developing and driving project timelines, coordinating with internal/ external stakeholders and facilitating meetings.
- Work closely with the pursuit team to resolve open items during the proposal and pitch presentation development process
