- Project Management/Bid Management for large & Medium Size deals from business services team
- Core member of due diligence team for assessing the future state model of the client/ organization
- Involved in client presentations to portray Organization's capabilities in various domain
- Involved in giving the right pricing structure for the client on the basis of their needs like FTE based model, outcome based model, gain sharing models
- Leading a partnership with the platform provider based out of California to provide transformational capabilities to the client
- Supporting the Sales team in identifying finance processes which could be outsourced by a potential client; assessment of its technical, feasibility & profit worthiness for organization to go ahead with the proposal.
- Replying to RFIs & RFPs in the initial bidding process.
- Conducting the due diligence for potential outsourcing deal and drafting a solution design in an offshore, onshore & near shore delivery model.
- Identifying Practice & Capabilities and coordinating with various support functions to build integrated models
- Transition of processes and framing their SOWs, SLA's & Risk Mitigation plans after evaluating the solutions
- Opportunity assessment, functional inputs, implementation support and drive process standardization across deliveries
