Manager - Banking Financial Planning & Analysis - Banking

- Review and preparation of business Performance reports and other related reporting in a timely, accurate and consistent format/manner.

- Analyse the results of the process, with historical performance analysis against previous period or budget along with a view of forward looking outlook, in close coordination with the various stakeholders including input providers and customers.

- Act as SME for either Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management and insurance, hence knowledge/experience in either of banking products would be added advantage.

- Prior experience in Cost recharges, Direct & Indirect cost Analysis, allocations providing insights on MoM or YoY variances is required for cost management role.

- Understand business requirements and interpret data to provide meaningful analysis to facilitate business decision-making.

- Manage and support the annual AOP & monthly forecast process including templates, models, Data and assumption analysis, version control on progressive cuts, query handling and budgeting support including submission in the systems, reconciliation of submission with expected numbers etc.

- Provide thought leadership and prepare/ enable team to prepare ad-hoc requests quickly and independently but also be able to prioritise these requests, ensuring these are agreed with the stakeholders.

- Developing sophisticated and innovative analysis solutions which deliver increased value to the business.

- Streamlining & standardising existing processes to drive efficiency

- Responsible for flawless delivery of MI creation and insight generation to drive strategies end-to-end.

- Providing well-articulated business insights based on available reports and data.

- Budgeting & forecasting, trend analysis, ration analysis, FP&A, FPA, P&L review.

- Financial planning & analysis

- Variance Analysis, flash report

- Forecasting vs actual budget

- Management reporting for week, month & yearly reporting.

- Cost analysis, recharge & cost allocation analysis.

- Analysis of balance sheet, dashboard & metric reporting.

- Root analysis. MIS reporting,

- Shift timing will be UK shift.
