Manager - Banking Captive

Manages a single function or specialty area, to ensure Data Integrity controls for timeliness and accuracy at various stages of interface, including a special focus on readiness for month end data cut offs, using established policies and procedures and sets priorities to ensure task completion. Resolves escalated issues and problems. Possesses exceptional leadership and communication skills. May perform a specialist role in a support function performing routine transactions or functional activities.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be required to:

- Work on root cause analysis of data quality exceptions and take steps to resolve, for Mortgage Hub

- Write detailed reporting requirements for BMH based on SEC, Regulatory Reporting, BASEL and other business supported user needs

- Identify the areas of improvement and be self driven to get those implemented

- Support interactions with technology teams and Onshore LOB Partners

- Ensure smooth handover of data to downstream applications

- Support any changes to the data flows overtime as the bank aligns its technology architecture with authorized data sources deliver presentations to Sr. Management and Executives in addition to managing communication needs for a diverse group of stakeholders

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree is desired, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science.

- Technical certifications in SQL

- Post graduate degree is a plus

- Certifications - SQL

Experience Range:

5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Services, having understanding of mortgages, loan or other Debt Insturments

Foundational skills:

- SQL.

- Data Mining and data Analytics.

- Understanding of business domains like Mortgages.

Desired skills:

Strong preference for experience in data quality and data sourcing for Mortgages and home equities or other debt instruments.

Work Timings 12: 30 Pm to 9:30 Pm
