Manager - Backend Operations - Logistics Firm

Job Description :

- Provide day to day planning and tracking support to field operations to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Deliverables include daily order estimations, customer to delivery fleet mapping, daily SLA reports, customer experience analytics etc.

The role would require the candidate to perform the following tasks :

- Lead a team of operations executives and MIS executives to deliver daily deliverables

- Device and use scalable methods to plan every day order mapping to field executives, using best of the technologies available in the market

- Optimize for high probability of meeting the SLAs in the plans made above

- Responsible for maintaining day to day operational metrics at multiple levels and performing critical analysis on the day's performance

- Ensure that the escalation matrix is implemented for breach of SLAs at various nodes of supply chain

Desired Candidature :

- Graduate from premier Institute with exemplary analytical skills
