Job Title: Sales Manager - SAAS B2B (2-5 years experience)

Location: Noida

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with 2-5 years of experience in SAAS B2B sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and possess a strong understanding of the SAAS industry, particularly within the B2B sector. Additionally, the candidate should have a network of contacts within the HR and Learning & Development (L&D) community.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

2. Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

4. Collaborate with marketing for lead generation.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

6. Provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

2. 2-5 years' SAAS B2B sales experience.

3. Strong communication and presentation skills.

4. HR and L&D network is a plus.

5. Self-motivated and results-oriented.

6. Willingness to travel as required.
