Manager, Business to Business Sales for a Leading Brand

A Leading Brand is looking for a Manager, Business to Business Sales

Location: Delhi, Gurgoan/ Noida

Position Brief:

1. The position is mainly responsible for sourcing, buying and selling of properties.

2. The incumbent should develop and maintain good relationship with the landlords and developers in the region.

3. The incumbent will be responsible to generate database for company through strategic planning and sourcing of properties.

4. The incumbent should have a strong understanding of the basic mechanics of each market.

Responsibilities –

Key Result Areas (KRA’s)

1. Profitable value relationship with the sales team important to ensure exchange of information on a regular and continuous basis for mutual benefit.

2. Builder / Developer relationship: to develop contact persons at ground level who become a key source of information on up coming projects as well and one point contact for existing projects. Quality of interaction with the Associate brokers to be maintained at the highest level.

3. Fortnightly calls to Builders / Developers to build relationship and update details of projects. Capturing key information from market sources (associates / landlords) and implementing those in marketing strategies for clients and landlords.

4. Keeping a pulse on all new developments / new projects.

5. Complete Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to registration

6. Should be well versed with the laws of Delhi/NCR that apply to sale & purchase of
properties.

Job Specification & Competencies

1. Graduate / MBA from a reputed institute

2. Excellent written & communication skills with a strong command over English and working knowledge of the local vernacular.

3. At least 1-3 years of selling / purchasing experience.

4. Real Estate experience must though commercial real estate experience preferred.

5. Communication, both orally and written should be excellent, that creates a positive impact, with the ability to influence people through behavioral style to take positive action.

6. Advanced computer skills on MS Office as well as emailing and good typing speed.

7. Excellent Networking skills
