Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Manager for B2B Office Printing Solutions is responsible for leading the sales team in the Western region to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the successful adoption of organization office printing solutions businesses in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting and monitoring performance targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Western region.
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients, including small, medium, and large enterprises.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of office printing solutions and their competitive advantages.
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable about product features and benefits.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in the office printing industry.
- Use market insights to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
Sales Operations:
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all sales activities are properly documented and tracked.
- Collaborate with the management to set pricing and contract terms.

Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Western region.
