Position : Sales Manager (B2B) Location : Gurgaon Overview of the position : - Looking for a high-performing Sales Manager for B2B business to help the Organization meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. - The role involves achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and execution team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Job Responsibilities : - Develop strategies and business planning for short term and long term achievement of sales target and revenue in line with the Business models and objectives of the company. - Develop, execute innovative solutions to streamline the sales processes, technology oriented. - Working in close coordination with various origins and stakeholders &amp; explore new growth opportunities for our value add products. - Looking for opportunities to expand the product portfolio, designing new Business Models, Team handling and must assess his and team's performance. Skills &amp; Experience Required : - Sales oriented, performance driven and achieving revenue growth and assigned targets. - Maintaining Tracker for various processes such as Sales, Import Documentation, Payment tracker against the sales made, weekly review of the trackers and continuous updating as per the needs. - MBA in Sales/Marketing from a good Institute with 4 to 6 Yrs of Experience
