The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets while developing effective strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. - Provide guidance and support for professional development. Sales Strategy Development: - Formulate and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for business growth. Client Relationship Management: - Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the client base.
