Our Client- A global market leader in professional AV solutions is currently looking for Marketing Talent to further grow its Enterprise Segment (B2B) business in India.

As Marketing Lead for Wireless Connectivity Devices used by the corporates to enhance their meeting experience, you will be responsible to define and implement all demand generation activities (direct and through channel partners).

You partner with the Organisation's sales and channel teams, define and implement the right campaigns, which translate sales objectives into measurable marketing success.

As Marketing Manager you will:

- Define and drive all push and pull demand generation activities, with a strong focus on lead generation through acquisition and expansion.

- Manage all channel marketing activities, with a strong focus on communication and lead generation through the distributor and reseller network.

- Channel Marketing - Partner management, promotion, schemes, Distributor support, Monitor partner performance, including leads follow-up and ROI of Market Development Funds.

- Report on campaign success and business contribution.

- Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders in the company, including sales, strategic marketing and corporate marketing.

- Manage Budgets.

- Drive BTL events.

- Initiate and manage strategic Alliances.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 8+ years marketing experience, with strong background in demand generation.

- Experience in IT B2B marketing.

- Familiar with working in a matrix organization.

- Analytical with project management and planning skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing business and market requirements and prioritize concurrent, and even opposing, business needs and opportunities.

- Results-oriented; adept at driving action based on insights.

- Self-motivated, and positive with a - can-do- attitude.
