Marketing Manager - Pharmaceutical/Nutrition - Gurgaon (B2B) - 10 years of experience Urgent hiring for Marketing Manager position with minimum 10 years of experience in consumer insights &amp; outbound marketing along with Product, Customer &amp; Sales Support. An incumbent coming with a B2B background will be right fit for this role. Location - Gurgaon Roles and responsibilities:&nbsp; 1) You will be taking the lead in successful introduction of new products and solutions on the market, working closely with R&amp;D, Global Marketing Team, Business Development, Quality &amp; Regulatory. &nbsp;2) Driving marketing campaigns and customer activations initiations in India. Developing and executing the marketing campaigns by leveraging external and internal factors.&nbsp; 3) Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business and gathering insights on consumer need patterns and find innovative ways to generate demand.&nbsp; 4) Developing regional intelligence in coordination with business intelligence groups.&nbsp; 5) Leading all product related training to internal salesforce to equip them with the relevant tools and developing leadership programs in line with the global marketing strategy and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. Requirements: 1) 10 years of experience in B2B marketing exposure in Pharma/Nutrition Background&nbsp; 2) Experience in working across New Product Launch, branding &amp; promotions, collaterals &amp; understanding commercials.&nbsp; 3) Experience in driving product, services marketing in alignment with business strategies
