- Responsible for the development of the assigned segment go-to-market strategy plan jointly with APAC Segment Sales VP including market trends & opportunity, competition, value proposition messaging, buyer / audience segmentation and routes to market - direct and indirect. - Works closely with the APAC Segment Sales VP to drive the implementation of these strategies with Field Sales and Marketing across APAC through strategic influencing. - Build and implement brand awareness and results-oriented demand generation campaigns with customer experience and journey in mind to drive segment / vertical business growth. - Drive commercial solutions launch for the segment across APAC. - Understand leads concept and excellent project management skills to ensure growth and conversion of lead to deal for the assigned segment to ensure segment growth targets are met. - Undertake the responsibility to build marketable database (installed and whitespace) for the segment by working closely with field and digital marketing on contacts acquisition as part of the campaign strategy and implementation. - End to end budget management for the assigned segment to ensure maximum outcomes and desired results within the allocated budget - Ensure regional ROI government and best practice sharing
