B2B Marketing Manager (Leading Building Materials Company)

Position: B2B Marketing Manager (Leading Building Materials Company)

Role:

- Be responsible for Marketing for the Projects/ B2B Business. Strategy to enhance architect relationships

- Sector focus: Detailed team and project's mapping for various applications, in different sectors. This will include travel to geographies pan India and networking with key stakeholders. To identify opportunities and sectoral growth prospects via market intelligence

- Marketing: To create marketing material and stories which can be driven through various means of communication. This will strongly include planning large as well as small format events and execution of the programs through internal and external resources. This includes content marketing in the form of PR, Digital Marketing from a B2B perspective

- Communications: To work and constantly evaluate existing and new channels of communication including digital mediums and social media. This will include establishing thought leadership

- To manage and monitor loyalty program to ensure lead generation, equity building via monthly engagements

- Enhance B2B Marketing material: Quarterly/ monthly newsletters, samples packaging design, presentations, brochures, souvenirs and other promotions

- Stakeholder support: Lead generation activities and database management, engagement programs like regional project manager meets, digital Apps

- Exports market: Activities and events in markets like Bangladesh and Nepal, quarterly engagement plan for key accounts, customised content creation

Requirements:

- BE+MBA

- 7+ yrs of experience with extensive experience in B2B/ Projects Marketing

- B2B Marketing experience from the Building Materials Sector will be preferable, though not compulsory

- Good communication skills

- Good understanding of Marketing functions including digital marketing

- Good networking and stakeholder management skills
